Call Center Representative - Full Time

This position requires rotating shifts. Ability to work various schedules, including late hours. Primary responsibility to provide prompt, friendly, courteous customer service to individuals via verbal and written communications.
Answer inbound calls in a fast paced environment
Assist customers with account information and access to telephone banking.
Provide assistance to customers with overdrawn accounts.
Prepare letters, emails and provide follow up on all aspects of customer communication needs
Provide service to customers in all facets of online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay needs.
Support new accounts opened on-line
Process stop-payments, card disputes and fax requests,
Provide clerical support for various report preparation and account monitoring
Escalate issues as they arise.
Manage multiple projects and priorities without losing focus. Perform additional duties as assigned. Ability to stay relaxed, in control, and multi task in a sometimes high pressure fast-paced changing environment..

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
