Full Time Research Clerk

We are looking for an individual to join our family as a Full-Time Research Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and correcting encoding errors, looking up signature cards that are maintained on imaging systems, assisting with Image Branch errors, Proof not Scanned, and other research requests. Process Garnishments, Levies, Subpoenas, and other government research requests. Process verification's of deposit. Performing other assignments as required.
Responsibilities include researching statements, checks, loan payments, general ledger entries, and CD transactions in response to requests from other departments and branches. Assisting branches with Image Branch requests. Investigating encoding errors and Proof not Scanned, along with making appropriate corrections. Keeping abreast of FIS deposit and CIS systems. Retrieving information from all image systems. Index documents into Image Centre in compliance with set time frame.
Responsibilities also include processing Garnishments, Levies, and other government research requests. Working with the security officer to obtain information for Subpoenas, Court Orders, Search Warrants, IRS Summons, and other related requests.
Other responsibilities: Maintaining procedures for the Document Research position. Ensuring that all processing meets Management Control Process expectations and time frames. Adhere to strict timelines as they apply to various research requests and processes. Assisting/complying with annual audits/SOX . Perform additional duties as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
